Classroom Excellence

Prioritize competitive salaries, retention, and professional respect for classroom teachers and support staff.

Protect and expand music, theater, visual arts, and STEAM curricula.

Ensure students with special needs and unique learning styles have timely access to qualified aides and specialized tools.

Continue transparent collaboration to maintain career pathways, dual enrollment, and project-based learning.

Evaluate every district expenditure as an investment in student achievement through rigorous budget auditing.

Reduce runaway legal fees and outside consultant retainers so taxpayer dollars stay in classrooms.

Use scientific risk assessment to protect facilities, air quality, and campus perimeters from environmental hazards.

Actively invite parents and caregivers into decisions rather than operating behind closed doors.

Restore civil, responsive communication during public comments and board workshops.

Disclose major facility, development, and fiscal decisions clearly before votes take place.

Partner proactively with PTAs, the Wiseburn Education Foundation, and Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee.

Work alongside neighborhood groups, athletic leagues, and local civic organizations.

Keep our schools connected to the families and neighborhoods they serve.
