Grace Bader

Nurse / Parent

18-Year Wiseburn Resident

Dedicated Front-Line Nurse

Committed to Student Health & Well-Being

My name is Grace Bader, and I have proudly called Wiseburn home for over 18 years. As a wife, mother, and nurse, I've learned that healing, growth, and strength come from caring for the whole child. I want to bring that same care and holistic approach to our school district.

I envision a Wiseburn where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired. Where families and teachers are empowered, mental and physical health are prioritized, and transparency guides every decision. If elected, I will work tirelessly to build bridges, encourage open conversations, and create a learning environment filled with hope, safety, and opportunity.

We are the Community of Good Neighbors, and I know firsthand how true that is. Together, let's nurture a district where our children grow strong, healthy, and ready for bright futures—where every child thrives and every voice matters.

Whole-Child Wellness

Championing the physical and mental health of students and educators as the foundation for academic success.

Compassionate Active Listening

Serving as an accessible, trusted bridge for parents who feel unheard by administrative leadership.

Positive Community Connection

Strengthening neighborhood ties across Hollyglen, Del Aire, 360, Fusion, and Wiseburn.

Jeanne Ogar

Environmental Scientist / Parent

14-Year Wiseburn Resident • Mother of 3 Wiseburn–Da Vinci Students

Data-Driven Environmental Scientist

Focused on Student Educational Achievement

As a 14-year Wiseburn resident, mother, and 20-year environmental scientist, I am running for Wiseburn USD School Board to bring independent oversight, transparent communication, and healthy environments to our schools.

As a scientist, I want to leverage our neighboring aerospace and technology industries to expand hands-on STEM opportunities. My experience evaluating localized health risks also reinforces my commitment to protecting campus air quality and neighborhood safety.

For 16 years I have navigated public education as a foster and adoptive parent of a child with special needs. Last October, our family faced the heartbreaking loss of my younger son, Wallie, to cancer. These experiences taught me firsthand how vital compassionate support, inclusive classrooms, and strong resources are for every family.

If elected, I will actively collaborate with the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee, Wiseburn Education Foundation, and PTAs to protect our kids and strengthen Wiseburn schools. I respectfully ask for your vote.

A life rooted in public service

After witnessing the events of September 11, 2001 firsthand, Jeanne dedicated her career to protecting communities. Her family's journey through special education and Wallie's legacy of courage now deepen her resolve to stand up for every Wiseburn student.
